The city of Agoura Hills keeps community pet owners in the dark about a disturbing lawsuit. A former Agoura Hills resident has filed a lawsuit against Agoura Hills Animal Hospital’s Owner ‘Keith Berry’. Berry, is accused of using unsterilized surgical instruments on customer’s pets, sexual harassment and exposing employees and possibly customers and their pets to dangerous chemicals. 

The former Agoura Hills resident was subjected to continuous sexual harassment at the hospital.

The female employee maintains that the animal hospital failed to address the reported concerns and failed to take appropriate action, leading to emotional distress and professional turmoil. The case hearing is set for May 28th, 2024. Please beware that the following allegations are disturbing!

 

The former employee stated that Keith Berry DVM forces prospective female employees to do a “walk-by” where they SHOW OFF their figure in order to get hired.

 

 

The lawsuit alleges that Keith Berry DVM, made comments about his penis in front of his employees, including its size. He’s accused of squirting ointment over an employee’s arm and not allowing the employee to wipe it off so he could have “a visual for later”. Mr. Berry then goes on to tell his employees about his dreams where he would have men penetrate him.

 

 

The owner almost killed his employee by creating a dangerous and unsafe environment.

 

 

The lawsuit states the store owner, on his own behalf, acted with intent to harm his former employee by throwing a shot full of deadly euthanasia medication at her. The needle pierced her skin and went all the way into her bone. The former Agoura Hills Animal Hospital employee witnessed multiple safety violations. Violations such as a defective anesthesia machine that leaks and exposes dangerous chemicals to other hospital employees. The former employee goes on to tell about how the hospital fails at keeping a sterile environment. The victim claims Keith Berry would reuse razor blades for multiple surgeries without cleaning them. Is the California State VMB investigating this?

 

 

The former employee faced repeated attacks of harassment!

 

 

The young victim had to put up with offensive remarks, such as calling her fat and saying he was not interested in having sexual relations with her because she was too old and big for him. The lawsuit further contends that she wasn’t the only victim, that Keith Berry also verbally and sexually harassed other employees at Agoura Hills Animal Hospital. Many victims still haven’t come forward. It appears the Animal Hospital and/or its employee’s are facing several other lawsuits and is becoming a major concern among the residents of Agoura Hills.
